BE IT RESOLVED THAT communication number 1304/21 submitted by Scott Fenson-Ewing, regarding the Beaverton Legion Remembrance Day Ceremonies on November 11, 2021, be received; and
THAT Council has no objections for the request to host the 2021 Remembrance Day Ceremonies subject to a road occupancy permit being obtained from the Durham Region Works Department, and traffic control assistance being obtained from Durham Regional Police Services.
